Ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory agent. You can grate it, wrap it in a piece of cloth, dip it in hot water for a minute and then put it over your pained muscles.

Massage helps a lot in different ways. It stimulates blood circulation which will make you easily recover from pain. Applying essential oils while you get a massage will also make you feel more relaxed, especially when you have another person doing it for you.
Of course, you cannot always do that. It is expensive to go to massage spa or to pay someone to give you a massage. However, there is also another way for you to get a good massage. This leads us to our final home remedy.
